kp26m1x The KP26M1X Professional 600 Series Mixer is one of the best available from Kitchenaid. It’s all-metal construction and powerful motor can handle very large and tough mixing jobs. It’s 6 quart capacity can handle triple batches of cookies, a dozen cups of flour, masses of dough and even up to eight pounds of mashed potatoes. The hook attachment replicates kneading by hand with a rolling action that meets at 37 points in the bowl. This makes for a very smooth and consistent result. It also comes with beater, whip and pouring shield attachments.
